How do Bettino sizes fit?
We stock M, L, XL and 2XL. Our chart lists garment measurements, not body, with an inch of ease at the chest. The numbers are in the size guide.
I'm between sizes. Which should I pick?
Size up. If it still isn't right, exchange it free within 7 days.
When will my order arrive?
Every product page shows a Get it by date. That is your delivery date. Shipping is free across India.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, within 7 days. Size exchanges are free, and return shipping is on us. The details are in our return and exchange policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 7 business days of the return reaching us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge within 12 hours of ordering. Write to support@bettino.in or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout. Online payments go through Razorpay.
How do I care for my piece?
Care depends on the fabric. Message us on WhatsApp with the product name and we will tell you how to wash and store it.
Where are your pieces made?
In our own workshop. Every piece has been designed and made in-house since 2009.
Can I see the pieces in person?
Yes. Visit us at LGF I-24, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi 110024. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM. Closed Monday. Plan your visit.
