**Free shipping across India**
Every order ships free to any address in India. We do not ship outside India.
**When your order arrives**
Every product page shows a "Get it by" date for your delivery. That is the date to plan around. Your order confirmation and delivery updates come by email or SMS.
**Payment**
Pay online through Razorpay, or choose cash on delivery at checkout.
**Late, lost or damaged parcels**
If your parcel hasn't arrived by the "Get it by" date, arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email support@bettino.in or WhatsApp +91 92116 82333 with your order number. We reply within 24 hours. Damaged and incorrect pieces can be exchanged or returned under our Refund policy.
**Wrong address**
Check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. We can't be responsible for a failed or late delivery caused by incorrect details.
