- Unused and unwashed items returned within 7 days
- Original tags attached and original packaging intact
- Defective or incorrect items (any timeframe)
- Size exchanges — free, within 7 days
Not Eligible
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Worn, washed, or altered pieces
- Custom-sized or personalised orders
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale items (unless defective or incorrect)
Order Cancellation
Cancel within 12 hours.
