- Unused and unwashed, original tags attached
- Original packaging intact
- Defective or damaged on arrival
- Wrong item or size received

- Returned after 7 days of delivery
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Custom-sized or personalised orders
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? Cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Email us at bettino.msl@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Size Not Right? We've Got You.
Get a free size exchange within 7 days — we'll send you the correct size at no additional cost. Not sure before ordering? Check our Size Guide or call us and we'll help you get it right the first time.
