Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bettino.in, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of bettino.in, operated by Mannat Studio Line, registered in India.

Products & Availability

All products listed on bettino.in are subject to availability. We manufacture our garments in-house at our Delhi atelier, and stock levels are limited by design.

• Product images are as accurate as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration and fabric dye lots — this is inherent to handcrafted ethnic wear.
• Product descriptions, measurements, and size guides are provided in good faith. We recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering, or contacting us for personalised guidance.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product, change prices, or modify specifications at any time without prior notice.
• In rare cases where an ordered item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you immediately to offer an exchange, a replacement, or a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on bettino.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

• Payment methods accepted: Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Razorpay-supported wallets
• All transactions are processed securely by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store your card details.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. In the event of a failed payment, no charges are applied.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
• Currency conversion for international card transactions is handled by your card issuer. Any foreign exchange fees are your responsibility.

Orders & Cancellation

An order placed on bettino.in constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted and a contract formed only when we send you an order confirmation email with dispatch details.

• Cancellation window: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Email bettino.msl@gmail.com or call 011-41755142 immediately.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in the event of stock discrepancy, suspected fraud, or a pricing error. A full refund will be issued if we cancel your order.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Delivery

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery. International shipping is not currently available.

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location
• Dispatch time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or events beyond our control
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing your order.
• Risk of loss and title for items transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and free size exchange policy. Full details, eligibility criteria, and the process are described on our Returns & Exchange Policy page.

• Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and original packaging intact
• Custom-sized or personalised orders are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Size exchanges are completely free within 7 days of delivery

Intellectual Property

All content on bettino.in — including but not limited to product photography, design files, text, the Bettino logo, brand identity, and website code — is the intellectual property of Mannat Studio Line and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent
• Product designs are created in-house. Copying or reproducing our designs without authorisation constitutes infringement.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by us freely without obligation or compensation to you

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Mannat Studio Line (Bettino) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the price paid for that specific order
• We make no warranty that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural events, or infrastructure failures

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

User Conduct

You agree to use bettino.in only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from our website
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Do not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information during checkout or in communications with us
• Abuse of our returns or exchange policy — including patterns of excessive returns — may result in restriction of your account

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of bettino.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
